There are two kinds of broken wire, one is regular broken wire and the other is irregular broken wire.

There are regular broken lines:

1. The gap between needle and shuttle is not right, and the needle position is too high or too low, so it needs to be adjusted.

2. There are burrs in the pinhole and pinplate hole of the machine, there are burrs in the shuttle, and there are burrs in the positioning hook.

3, the wire part is not smooth, including the clamping plate, clamping screw, wire pole hole, up and down the wire frame, all not smooth or burr should be handled smooth or replacement.

4. If the needle is installed backwards, it should be installed correctly again. If the needle is damaged or the needle is stained with glue, replace the needle.

5. If the overpick CAM is damaged, replace the overpick CAM.

6. Shuttle shaft movement.

7. There are scratches and damages on the thread surface of the shuttle.

Irregular broken lines include:

1, the environment humidity is too high, line damp, dehumidification, new line.

2, the plate needle is not reasonable.Redesign.

3, the quality of the line is not up to the requirements, the installation of the line is not up to the requirements, the embroidery line is too thick, and the needle specifications do not match.Rewire.

4, moving frame curve and frame Angle is not reasonable, adjust the computer parameters.

5, the upper and lower shaft drive clearance or shaft break cause the machine head and spin out of sync.Check gear box, adjust chain tightness or gear box gauge belt.6, embroidery line rough surface.Add silicone oil to the embroidery thread.
