There are many cases of pattern shift, such as X direction shift, Y direction shift, whole shift, individual head shift, single direction shift, random shift and so on.

1. Overall displacement in the X direction, mechanical faults include: the stepper motor shaft connecting device is loose, the timing gauge belt is too loose or too tight, the timing gauge wheel bearing, prismatic bearing and tension frame bearing are damaged, and the guide clearance is too large.

2, the whole Y direction shift, the fault is the same as the X direction, but the direction is different.

3, the overall shift, in addition to mechanical reasons, there are also electronic control fault and plate printing reasons, electronic control part of the fault:

Memory failure, need to clear the computer memory pattern, format.Then re-enter the pattern.General computer should not store pattern too much, store time should not be too long, should clean pattern regularly, format.

(2) power grid interference, electromagnets or other electrical components leakage, resulting in interference.Need to find the source of interference, eliminate interference.

(3) without power protection, sudden power failure, need to reposition, find the original position.

(4) stepping motor failure, most of the reason is the stepping motor driver damage, repair or replace the driver.

(5) failure of encoder, in the computer self-check encoder.

4, individual head shift

Pin rod frame loose, bearing damage.Adjust pin bar frame, replace bearing.

(2) needle rod deformation or needle bending.Change the needle rod and needle.

(3) change color CAM wear.Replace the CAM.

(4) change color CAM channeling.Adjust clearance.

(5) change color light machine needle is not in place.Adjust needle position plate gap.

5. Shift in one direction

The bottom cloth of the taut frame is loose.Reposition the cloth.

(2) the frame line is not right, the four sides of the interface screw loose.Adjustment.

(3) unilateral Y guide rail fault.Troubleshoot Y guide rail faults.

6. Random shift

Embroidery is not fixed, random movement appears irregular shift.
